Excerpt from Frauds of Papal Ecclesiastics
The original work is presented entire, except a few omissions of descriptive geography, and also the more grossly offensive tales of the Priest and Nuns.
To corroborate the narrative, some additional facts are selected from Bishop Bur net's Letters, addressed to Robert Boyle, which volume was issued at Rotterdam in 1687. Many interesting illustrations are extracted from the three volumes of Gavin's Master Key to Popery, which work was published in London about ten years ago, with the sanction of the Queen of England, the Viceroy of Ireland, the Arch Bishop of Armagh, and other principal officers of the British government at that period.
